Is HEINI a CRM?
No. HEINI uses your existing CRM (or sets up Odoo free for you) and makes it smarter — automatic email responses, lead scoring, follow-ups.
Does HEINI replace my accounting software?
No. HEINI prepares: assigns receipts, creates ZUGFeRD invoices, DATEV export. The actual booking is still done by your accountant or software.
What exactly does HEINI replace?
The 6 add-on tools around your ERP: PIM, channel feed, content tools, email marketing, quoting software and compliance tools. One login instead of six.
What makes HEINI different from ChatGPT?

What do I need?
Do I need an ERP?
If you have one — perfect, HEINI docks in. If not, HEINI sets up Odoo (free) for you during onboarding. In 15 minutes.
Does HEINI work with my system?
Yes. HEINI connects via open interfaces (MCP, REST, A2A) with any system. Ready-made connectors for Odoo, Xentral, Shopware and more. For other systems, we or our partners build the connector.
Do I need an IT consultant?
No. Create account, connect ERP, import first data — you're in within 15 minutes. No IT project, no consultant, no rollout.
How long does onboarding take?
15 minutes to your first AI action. HEINI learns your business in the first days — the more you work, the better it gets.
What if I have multiple locations?
HEINI Enterprise supports multi-tenant: each location gets its own workspace with own permissions, connected through a central dashboard.
How long until HEINI knows my business?
You're up and running in 15 minutes. In the first week, HEINI learns your products, prices and customers. After 4 weeks, it handles 4 out of 5 routine tasks independently. The more you work, the better it gets.
What can HEINI do on day one?

What are AI actions?
One AI action = one task HEINI completes for you. Answering an email, calculating a quote, importing a product — each counts as one action.
What happens when my actions run out?
You decide: unlock 100 extra actions for €2.50, activate auto top-up (€0.03/action), or wait until next month. No surprise charges — hard cap is default.
Do the included actions suffice?
90% of our users never hit the limit. The allowance is sized so a normal workday fits easily. You get a heads-up at 80%.
What are add-ons?
Optional modules you can add anytime: Accounting (€39/mo), DPP/Compliance (€49/mo), Content Creation (from €49/mo), Custom Connector (€99/mo). Cancel monthly.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade for the next month. Your data stays.
Is there an annual contract?
Optional. Paying annually saves 20%. Monthly cancellation is the default — no lock-in.

Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt, Germany. On servers by Hetzner Online GmbH. No data leaves the EU.
Is HEINI GDPR compliant?
Yes. Cookie-free analytics (Plausible), data processing exclusively in Germany, deletion on request anytime. No consent banner needed.
How does HEINI protect my trade secrets?
Every AI decision is documented — who did what, when, why. No model is trained on your data. Single-tenant architecture: your data is isolated.
What does "Made in Germany" mean?
Development in Germany, hosting in Frankfurt, 14 patents at the DPMA, EU AI Act compliant. No US cloud dependency for your core data.
