2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. No data is transferred to third countries.

3. Analytics & Tracking

We use Plausible Analytics — a cookie-free, GDPR-compliant analytics tool. No personal data is collected. No consent banner required.

4. Waitlist / Contact Form

When you sign up for the waitlist, we store your name, email address, and optionally your company name. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Data is stored in our CRM (Odoo, hosted on Hetzner Frankfurt). Deletion at any time by emailing datenschutz@heini.app.

5. HeiniBar (Website Chat)

When you use the HeiniBar, your messages are transmitted to our server and processed by AI. Your chat session is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) and automatically resets after 24 hours. If you voluntarily provide contact details and consent to storage, this data is stored in our CRM (Odoo, hosted on Hetzner Frankfurt). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Deletion at any time by emailing datenschutz@heini.app or via the link in any email.

7. AI Processing

HEINI processes data using AI models that comply with the EU AI Act. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
